I'm thinking of buying a graphics card and i'm stuck!

My Budget Is 100-160$

My Specs
CPU: I3 2120 3.3ghz
RAM: 8GB (going to add another 8GB) = 16 GB
MOBO:Intel Desktop DB75EN
Power supply: CoolMaster 550W

Games i want to run: At reasonable FPS
GTA 5 on High/Ultra and Fallout 4 on high/ultra mostly..

My Choices:
1. ASUS GeForce GTX 950 STRIX 2GB
2. Gigabyte GV-N105TWF2OC-4GD GeForce® GTX 1050 Ti Windforce OC 4GB
3. ASUS ROG STRIX Radeon RX 460 4GB OC Edition AMD Gaming Graphics Card

HELP ME CHOOSE!

You're aiming for high end games on an old-ish gaming rig. 16GB RAM shouldn't be a priority.

The ~$40 you would spend on RAM would be much, much better served on your GPU budget. A 1060 3GB or GTX 470 would be a much better fit. You'd almost get there if you stick at 8GB RAM.

what if i upgrade an i5? then which one of the mentioned gpu should i get?

All those GPUs you've listed are entry level, bare minimum GPUs for AAA gaming. You can add ~30-50% to your budget and start looking at cards which approach double the performance.

Sandy Bridge i5 (mid range) CPU, with those entry level GPUs, is an even more mis-matched system. Honestly, put your budget into better GPUs. No question that's the best option.

What is your budget by the way?
RX 470s start at $160, or even $150 with a rebate: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814131705&nm_mc=AFC-C8Junction&cm_mmc=AFC-C8Junction-PCPartPicker,%20LLC-_-na-_-na-_-na&cm_sp=&AID=10446076&PID=3938566&SID=
GTX 1060 (3GB)s start at $190: http://www.superbiiz.com/detail.php?name=ZT-1060G3A&c=CJ

They are far, far better cards than those you've listed, for only a little extra money. Those are proper gaming cards suited for the AAA games you list. A better CPU would be nice, but the difference that makes is minuscule compared to going with one of the GPUs above.
