Which one should I get?

Looking for a new grahics card, right now I'm looking at:

Geforce GTX 980 ti
Geforce GTX 980 ti Hybrid
or
Geforce GTX 980 ti Super Overclocked

Out of these 3, which one would be best performance wise

You'd get the best performance if you buy the Hybrid, and OC it yourself. Hope this helps!
