I was just wondering which RX 580 to get should I get the Sapphire RX 580 8GB Pulse or the Sapphire RX 580 8GB Nitro +

The nitro+ is the higher end version. It has the extra 6 pin power connector, RGB lights, 200k hour capacitors, tough metal backplate, and quick connect fans.
