Which one should I get

I3 8100. Similar performance to the 6500 (both are quad core) but the 8100 uses the latest motherboard chipset giving you the best future upgrade path.

FX are obsolete and should not even be in consideration.

Can u suggest the cheapest MoBo for it that can overclock this.

Cannot overclock an i3-8100, as of now only Z370 exists but in the next few weeks we should be getting budget oriented boards.
If you want to overclock you need the i3-8350k

But if you want to overclock you need a Z370 board anyway. However if you have the budget for a i3 8350k and good cooler for overclocking you are probably better off going for the 6 core i5 8400 with stock cooler.
