So i have a gigabyte z77-d3h,rx 580 4g, 8g of ram

so i need to get a processor for this build i have got 2 choices here :

1st one : getting an i7 2600k and a cooler called Thermaltake NiC C4 both for 101$

2nd one : getting i7 3770 for 94$

so both are similar in price i saw a benchmark that shows that the i7 2600k oced to 5 ghz it outperforms i7 4770 and i7 3770

another question is this cooler good for overclocking to 4.8 ghz
in my country in summer the temps are 35 celsius to 40 celsius and in winter it is 10-20 celsius

Thanks in advance

Solution
I recommend the I7-3770 (which can not be oc).

To get the I7-2600K to 4.8 GHz you need a very good PSU, a very good motherboard and a very good cooler.

To handle I7-3770 almost any is useful.
the psu that i got is cx600 and the cooler that i mentioned before i heard that it is slightly better than hyper 212 evo, and my mb is the z77 d3h rev 1.1 or 1.2 i don't remember exactly but it have 8 pin power for cpu not 4 pin so what do you think is that parts capable for overclocking 2600k to 4.7 or 4.8 ghz
