Which one should I make exhaust?

So my case came with 3 fans - 2 intake in the front and one exhaust at the rear. It also has space for 2 more fans on the top of the case, along with vents and filter which can be removed.

When I got my CPU cooler (which is water cooled), I ended up replacing the rear fan with the radiator fan and I'm using it as exhaust. I'm planning to place the fan that came with the case at the top, but I'm not sure if I should make it an intake it an exhaust. I've heard the top fan should be exhaust so the warm air can leave, but I've also heard that negative air pressure invites dust.

There seems to be a filter at the top but not at the rear, so I'm thinking the top is where the intake should go.

Solution
The top should be exhaust not intake. The warm air moves upwards as it is lighter than cold air, so you should use top as exhaust to help airflow. Rear should also be exhaust and front or side as intake. Remove the filters from exhaust fans and place them only to the intake fans.
