Which one should I pick?????

I am going to buy a new notebook and I am unsure which CPU/GPU combo is best between A12-9720P / RX 540 and i5-7200U / GeForce 940MX. I am going to use the notebook for gaming, general internet browsing, watching videos. Both laptops have 8 gob of ram. The games that I want to play are overwatch, fortnite, CS:GO. Which laptop will be better for these games????? Thanks in advance

do you need the portability of a laptop? you are going to play at low res 720p with both of those....my vote is add more to the budget.
