If it must be those. There isn't much difference between the Gigabyte and the Asus. Get whichever will look better in your build. Spec wise it won't matter. They are too similar.
 
no I would even suggest to change cpu to a G4650 which is hyper threaded like the I3 (so 2cores 4 threads) but only costs 1/2 price of the I3-7100 for the same performance, and you would slip a B250 board under that and you path to upgrade later to an I7-7700 is easy enough, no change of board :)
