I am going to buy a new gaming PC soon and I have encountered these two PC's.

Here are the specs:
First PC:

AMD FX 8-Core @ 4,6 GHz / Water-Cooled / 16GB DDR3 RAM / 250GB SSD + 1TB HDD / DVD ReWr / 2x NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1070 OC - 2x 8192MB (SLI)

With a MSI 990FXA Gaming Mainboard

Second PC:

INTEL i7 Quad Core @ 4,5 GHz / Water-Cooled / 16GB DDR4 RAM / 250GB SSD + 1TB HDD / DVD ReWr / NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1080 OC - 8192MB

With a MSI Z170A Gaming Pro Carbon Mainboard

They are both almost for the same price but I am not sure about the firs PC's Processor(Not a AMD fan). What do you think ?

I would recommend the Intel build. The AMD processor is way outdated, and will bottleneck the rest of that system. If you need more than a single 1080, you can simply add in another later on.

The second Pc, the reasons:
- I like a lot more the intel i7 than a FX 8-Core
- An 1080 over a SLI of 1070 loose some performance on the SLI working titles but would get a lot more performance on the non working ones and avoid a lot of issues.
- DDR4 over DDR3 (althought this is minor)

Agreed I see no viable reason to go with the first. As mentioned the FX will bottleneck the 1070s The 1080 should be more than enough for what you want.
