Which one to buy first? Windows 7 64-bit OS or 4gb RAM

My current OS: Windows 7 32-bit
my current RAM: 2gb RAM
My current GPU: GT 630 Kepler

So which one should I buy first?

both... yes, i know, not right answer but 6gb ram no use without 64 bit and 64 bit struggles on 2gb... why I said both

I thought you cant pair a 4gb ram with 2gb ram since it will cause like problems or so
But I will be buying on the same brand tho

Well as you can't upgrade from 32 to 64 bit and need to do a complete reinstall you could do that first ready for when you get the extra RAM.

Although is it really worth buying another copy of windows just to use 6gb instead of 4gb?

i wasn't sure if it was just one stick or not, I assumed it was a pair. Either way, 4gb kind of works with 32 bit but you still lose some.

I had 4gb on 32bit for about 10 years so I know its okay. you gain a little more back on 64 bit as the gpu ram doesn't bite into it any more either.

yeah its worth it, so later on when i need to upgrade my ram to 16 gb ram i just need to buy the rams and not the os

I would buy win 10 64 bit and avoid the 312 updates waiting for you on the win 7 install path, and its much easier to install win 10 these days, so many hassles with USB 3 on Win 7 installs.

this depends on age of pc of course. win 7 may be easier if there are no win 10 drivers.
