Which one to buy? xbox one s or stuff for pc

Sorry if this is the wrong place but i need help to decide.

So i have the option to buy a xbox one s fifa17 or a keyboard+mouse+case for pc and be left with 60 €.

What should i do? please help

Do you have the other components that go inside the case already? Those three items are probably around the cheapest components that you would need to build a PC.

If you have to ask that question, then a console is better suited to you. It also depends on your friends what system they have, so you can play with them.
