Question Which one to buy?

Currently I have a 256GB M.2 SSD for my OS and other important stuff, and a dying 8 yrs old 1TB HDD (it has 74 bad sectors, but at least it didn't get worse in the last year).
I'm thinking on 2 options.
1st is to get a 3TB HDD (or 2 1TB idk), 2nd is to get a 240GB SSD for games that i play a lot, and a 1TB HDD to store data.
What do you think, which one is better?

I dont think i can afford a bigger ssd right now. The games i play are not that big, so i think 240gb will be okay for a while for me.

I play a lot of games, but there is a lot where idc if i have longer loading times.

A 240 GB SSD + 1 TB HDD would be a better option imo
