Question Which one to choose for editing?

My budget is around about 850$ and i am confused which one to choose for learning editing and web designing (or wait to get better deals later) , so your guidance and help are much appreciated

2-MSI GF63: i7-9750h,1050GTX,8GBRAM,256SSD@802$

3-Lenovo Ideapad ,i5-10300h,8GBRAM,256SSD+1TBHDD,1650Gtx@770$(this was my favorite) & if 1650ti then the price is 810$

4-Acer aspire 5 , i5-10210u, MX250, 8GBRam,512SSD@646$

5-Acer spin 3 : Convertible laptop 14inch touchscreen,i7-8565u,16GBRam,512GB@800$

6-Acer swift 3, 14inch, i5-1035G ,8GBRam,256SSD@809

7-Acer Swift 3: 14° ,AMD Rayzen7 4700u octa-core, Radeon 8GB, 512SSD,8GBRam, fingerprint.
