[SOLVED] Which one to upgrade CPU or GPU?

Current Setup:
CPU: I3 4170
GPU: GTX 750
MOBO: Gigabyte GA-H81M-DS2
RAM: 2x8GB DDR3
Display: 1920 x 1080 - 144HZ

With my current setup, I only have around 60 to 100 FPS on CSGO on 1080P resolution - all low settings while streaming using OBS. I use NVENC H264, with Max Quality preset, as my encoder to make it possible for me to stream while playing.

I am able to get around 140 to 170 FPS when I am not streaming with the same ingame settings.

My goal is to atleast have stable150 to 200 FPS while streaming. I can only upgrade either CPU or GPU due as my budget is not enough.

So its either I3-10100F or GTX 1050TI, now my first question is, is the I3-10100F compatible with my current mobo and if it is compatible, will it still run even though I have a DDR3 RAM? Second is, which one should I ugprade to get my goal fps?

Thank you so much for those who are going to help and feel free to suggest alternative parts, my budget is around 100-150 USD only. 😁

No, those CPUs are not compatible with MB or RAM. Need an 1200 socket and DDR4.
GTX 1050TI should work but not sure how much would it help to CSGO.

CSGO is a FPS which means it uses more your CPU than GPU.
If you are looking at better fps increase in CSGO,buy the 10100f.
I recommend this configuration since i have it and its running perfectly:
