Which one will be more energy saving?

So here is the comparison of my home server with my aunts basic youtube machine.which consumes less power?
Server:
Xeon E3-1245V2,underclocked to 2.3GHz with intel speedstep Enabled
Asus P8B75-M LE
8GB(2x4gb) RCMemory ram,1333MHz overclocked to 1600MHz
500gb seagate barrucuda 7200rpm
3tb toshiba hdd 7200rpm(unplugged)
Samsung Dvd writer (if uses power,will unplug it soon)
Basic PC:
I3 2120 with HT Disabled(google chrome loads faster)
Biostar H61MGV(it still seems to be running strong even after the incident)
4gb samsung 1333mhz ram(2x2gb)
500gb seagate momentus 7200rpm(from a laptop hdd)
No dvd drive
Which will use less energy and is there anyway to even lower the power consumption?thanks in advance,

The basic PC uses less power, but they both use minimum power, especially since it seems you don't have a graphics card.

They are both very close in power usage, you may save an extra 10 watts from the Basic PC but that's it.
