main concern is which brand is better.size difference is not an issue nor is # of display connections, both have everything i need.

Solution
Will be a huge boost over the 750 ti. Just make sure your PSU is good enough. The 580 draws a lot more power than the 480, up to 250w in some cases.
^ A RX 580 > GTX 1060 3GB... It competes with the 1060 6GB and 4GB VRAM is a supporting factor for the card too, 3GB is too little these days imo.

I'd personally go the Gigabyte just because of the larger Windforce cooler (covers the entire card). Only other real differences are the MSI has a 11 MHz higher factory OC (which wouldn't really be much different) and the Windforce has an extra Display port.

I agree with Rob on the 8GB card though, if you can find one around the price that is, not worth paying a huge premium for. Hope this helps :)

yeah im ok with the 4GB,by the time i need more VRAM ill just buy a new card, hence why im going for a 4GB RX 580 because the only other card i would get within my budget is a GTX 1060 6GB but its $40 more and tbh like i said before the 4GB 580 is gonna be enough for my needs for the next year or 2.using a 2GB GTX 750ti atm and i have zero problems playing any game at 1080p,even crushes Bless Online.
