[SOLVED] Which one would you recommend for a budget cooler?

Any of the Gammax 400 series (Red, Blue, GT, Original) is somewhat better than the CM hyper212. The only reasons the hyper212 became popular in the first place was because it was one of the first decent 120mm towers at a rediculously low price. $20-$25 got you almost the same performance as what others charged $50+ for.

That doesn't make it good by today's standards. Just overly popular. Today its $45 and gets stomped on by the arctic esports, Cryorig H7, Gammax 400's, Noctua NH U12S etc which all have good or better performance or better pricing and equitable performance or both.

So choose either, depending on your taste/wants or choose neither if you want better performance, but you'll not get that at this price point.
