Which one?

Hi... I recently assembled my new PC... I installed most of my drivers except for the chipset one.My MB is GIGABYTE H61M-S2V-B3.

And in GIGABYTE's main site there are two diffrent types of drivers

Intel INF Installation (9.2.0.1021)
and
Intel Managment Engine Interface (7.0.0.1118)

My CPU is : IntelCore i5 2310 2.9Ghz
And my chipset is intel h61 or smth like that...
My OS : Windows 7 Ultimate x64bit
