[SOLVED] Which one?

I currently have i5-3350p cpu and i found a Intel Pentium G4560 cpu for a great price. Is it worth upragading it or should i get better one? i currently have gigabyte gtx 1050 2gb and planning a upragade to gtx 1060 6gb.

Your I5 has 4 cores and the G4560 only has 2. Even though the G4560 is newer, it performs similarly or worse compared to your I5, so it's definitely not worth changing components.

I would consider an upgrade to a new I5 or Ryzen 5 a worthy step up, however, your 3350p shouldn't limit a GTX 1060 unless you play particularly CPU demanding games.

No, the G4560 is more like a downgrade/sidestep from the 3350. Just slightly newer.
Slightly higher clock speed but half the cores.

I5 9400f is pretty good price wise.
AMD ryzen 5 2600x is very good aswell.

Obviously just remember you'll also need to upgrade MB and RAM in order to take these newer CPUs suggested.

Im aware, i also need a new motherboard since the case im buying has 3 fans in front and 1 in back, but my current mobo has 1 slot for case fan and 1 for cpu
