I just game (games like Mortal Online 2) & the web. No editing. Both are glossy, which is my goal not to have MATTE destort the image. I have a LG Ultragear 32GR93U, if it was glossy, it would be a lot better.

I looked through the prices for both off US based listings, LG is double the price of the INNOCN monitor, one is 27" while the other is 32", the LG can be rotated while the INNOCN's display only goes up and down, so you're not comparing an apple to an apple.

If you're not going to rotate the display and have a limited budget, get the INNOCN monitor.

Sounds good, the INNOCN looks good anyway. Mine is a litle higher on color accuracy, but I will take the clear glossy over Matte. That is way cheaper than LG anyway.
