Which operating system is compatible?

I'm wondering which operating system is compatible with my build.
CPU: Intel Pentium G4560 3.5GHz Dual-Core Processor
Motherboard: MSI B250M PRO-VD Micro ATX LGA1151 Motherboard
Memory: Crucial - 8GB (1 x 8GB) DDR4-2133 Memory
Storage: Western Digital - Caviar Blue 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive
Video Card: EVGA - GeForce GTX 1050ti 4GB Video Card
Power Supply: EVGA - 430W 80+ Certified ATX Power Supply
Wireless Network Adapter:
TP-Link - TL-WDN4800 PCI-Express x1 802.11a/b/g/n Wi-Fi Adapter

Any recent version of Linux and Windows 10, 8.1, 7. Vista should also work since you don't have an SSD (Vista and older doesn't support TRIM). Anything older than Vista you may run into issues with the hardware causing problems.

If you are looking for Windows, no reason not to get Windows 10. If you are a Linux user, someone else will have to chime in as I haven't used Linux as my main OS in a long time.

windows 8 and older wont run on newer cpu and mb. microsoft and intel did not make any chipset drivers for the older os and newer mb.
