Which optical drive is below $20 and is good for a gaming rig?

So, I've been debating on Amazon whether to get the LG Electronics GH24NSB0B or the Samsung SH-224DB/BEBE. If any of you have any other recommendations, please leave an opinion.

You wouldn't need a good optical drive for gaming, it will mainly be used at the start for downloading the OS and the the games. Then it doesn't need to be good.
