Which optical drive should I choose?

I found two DVD drives on LG: 1)https://www.lg.com/us/burners-drives/lg-GH24NSC0-internal-dvd-drive
2)https://www.lg.com/us/burners-drives/lg-GH24NSB0-internal-dvd-drive
I can't get any useful info based on tech specs. (partially because of all kinds of abbreviations) Which one do you think is better?

They're pretty much identical. Just get whichever's cheapest. Unless you want to read and/or write blu-rays, most optical drives are more or less the same.
