Should i buy Quad channel 4x4GB 3000MHz or Dual Channel 2x8GB 3600MHz? Which will give better performance overall?

Does your motherboard and CPU support quad channel? If not than Dual Channel 3600MHz is your only option.

Because the dual channel kit is clocked higher, it will be faster.
