[SOLVED] Which part do I upgrade first?

Hi, I want to upgrade my PC but like the title said I am unsure what to start with, GPU, CPU, RAM, MOBO, or maybe I need to upgrade them all haha.
My specs are:
CPU: i5 3570k (Overclocked to 4.8ghz)
GPU: GTX 980 Strix +220 core clock and +350 memory clock
RAM: 2x8 DDR3 Corsair Vengance 1600 mhz
MOBO: P8Z77-V LX2
CPU COOLER: Some old Corsair Hydro Cooler, that's all I know, I'll link a picture to it at bottom of post.
PSU: Cooler Master GX 750W 80+ Bronze

I am not having any issues with this computer, it's just that with the most recent games I need to turn down the settings on low to run at average 50-80fps.
I have a 120hz monitor so my goal would be to stay consistently above 120fps in game.
It's also hard to compare a new cpu to mine as mine is fairly overclocked, but if I am getting one I do plan on overclocking it aswell.
I do know that if I have to upgrade the CPU I will need to upgrade the MOBO and the RAM, so the ideal situation would be if upgrading my GPU is enough to reach consistent 120fps on high-ultra 1080p

Your best bet is getting a whole new system because if you upgrade one thing its just going to bottleneck the others.
