Which part is damaged? ( help please)

Hi!
yesterday accidenlty water droped inside my tower ( from the top fan) ... and pc turned off ,
Today i tried to boot again :
1) Motherboard lights are on
2) Hard discs and virtual drives seems like working
3) Case , Psu , cpu and gpu fans are spinning

the two problems are :

1) I dont hear the "beep" that motherboard used to do when i turn on the pc.
2) Screen is always black ( no bios etc)

Anyone has any experience about this?



Case: Coolermaster haf-922
M/b : Asus P6T-Se ( s1366, x58) (dont have on board graphics}
Gpu : R9- 290x
Cpu: i7 -920 ( oc 4,00ghz)
Cooler : Prolimatech Megalahelms rev2
Psu : Corsair tx850w
Ram : 6x 2gb 1333mhz Trancend

Since now , i tested ram and psu and both work fine
