Which part should I upgrade?

About a year ago I bought a new pc and now have some money to upgrade. I am a semi professional cs:go player and am not sure wheater upgrading my CPU or GPU will give me more FPS.

BUILD:
CPU: I5-4460
MOBO: Gigabyte h97 HD3
RAM: 4x4gb hyperx fury
HDD: WD Green 1tb
SSD: Samsung 850 EVO 250gb
GPU: GTX 970
PSU: 650w

I was thinking either buying a I7-4790k or a GTX 1080, Which would help with CS:GO FPS more?

Upgrading your GPU won't effect CS: GO. It is purely singlethreaded and eats up IPC.

Go for the 4790K and overclock the hell out of it.
