Question Which partitions are safe to delete?

I have dualbooted two Win10's and im going to reset one of them. I don't want that the other Win10 will be affected. CISK is the current partition, C:ACER is the another Win10's partition.

dual booted 2 win 10 on same hdd... that isn't how you should do it really.

Do you want to delete any and if so, which install?

reset should just touch C drive,

Can you show screenshot from Disk Management?
(your current screenshot is not very helpful)

Generally - recovery partitions can be removed, but not always you get any benefit from it.
Do not touch EFI system and reserved partition.
