Which parts do I need to fix a sea-water damaged iPhone 4s?

I have my old iPhone 4s sitting in my drawer for 3 months after I dropped it in the sea by accident. I decided to fix it because I wanted it as a backup phone. I had the right tools, so I opened it up and took a look at the internals. As I could tell, it needed just a new motherboard, battery screen. I got all the parts except the motherboard. Is it a scam? Or it is safe to buy it? Also, do I need more parts to fix it (like cables etc.)?

Not sure on how to do it but you might want to look up " How I Made My Own iPhone - in China " on YouTube. Its a fun little video about something similar.
