[SOLVED] Which parts should i use?

okay im gonna make this very easy. I have spare PC parts laying around and I want to make the best pc for gaming to give to my little brother.

cpu: Amd fx 8350 , i5 7600k
gpu: rx 480 8gb , gtx 970 4gb

What is the best combination out of these 4 pc parts, like which should i pear together.

7600k & 480 with 16gb RAM

+1^ ...if you have a high quality 500W or better PSU.
The 970 and 480 trade pinches depending on the game, but the 480's 8GB Vram would be the decider.
