Technically, it's like every other 7200 RPM 64 MB SATA 6 HDD. And WD isn't the #1 in quality. Hitachi is.

But everyone has their personal preference. I've had 3 WD's fail in 2 different PCs. Yet the 4 Seagate's I have are still running strong 5+ years. And Seagate's have higher failure rates than Hitachi and WD. Can I explain it? Nope. Luck I guess. Just be careful putting your opinion in posts.
Well, I think I missed the game listed the first time. Path of Exiles doesn't require a lot of power. I'm guessing you already play the game. What performance do you currently play at?

You're at somewhat of a pickle. If you're not happy with performance, you may need to upgrade CPU, motherboard and GPU. Probably $350-400 right there.

Check this out:
PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant

CPU: AMD FX-8350 4.0GHz 8-Core Processor (£125.59 @ Aria PC)
CPU Cooler: Noctua NH-D14 65.0 CFM CPU Cooler (£64.90 @ Amazon UK)
Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-990FXA-UD3 ATX AM3+ Motherboard (£96.98 @ Amazon UK)
Storage: Kingston HyperX 3K 120GB 2.5" Solid State Drive (£58.77 @ Ebuyer)
Storage: Western Digital BLACK SERIES 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive (£54.99 @ Amazon UK)
Video Card: Gigabyte Radeon R9 280X 3GB WINDFORCE Video Card (£232.00 @ Aria PC)
Power Supply: EVGA SuperNOVA NEX 650W 80+ Gold Certified Fully-Modular ATX Power Supply (£63.31 @ Amazon UK)
Total: £696.54

The FX8350 is a great CPU for streaming and the r9 280x is a great budget GPU, both will make a fine performance .
You can use the case and the RAM,8GB is enough, in the future you can add more 8GB so you will have 16GN if you will need, the storage is 120gb for the system and 1TB WD (WD is the best) for the other things

yYthe speed of fast booting on your face and the HDD i picked is very fast and with a big amount of storage.
Western Digital make the best HDD's so... that's why.
