They're about on par, but I'd recommend the first one for second-gen Ryzen and that better motherboard. It won't improve performance that much, but you won't regret the extra $35 in the long run. Also, I'd recommend a 550W PSU on either build, just for good measure. You've probably heard it a million times, but never cheap out on the PSU. You want to have around a 75W buffer at least. This gives you reliability and upgradability.
