psu : seasonic eco 600w (not sure if it will be good with the card )

Gigabyte GA-H81M-S2PH Socket 1150 Motherboard

The second - better card . cpu is nearly the same.

R9 290 should be OK with that power supply.

i mean this mobo is pci 2.0 and card pci 3.0
and toxic is very awesome so i can get toxic r9 280x with good pci 3.0 mobo ?!
i still can get gtx 770 .
