Which pc cooler should i get

I need a cooler for my PC and right now I'm looking custom loop because it looks awesome but I need to know if it's worth it or should I get an all in one watercooler.I'm going to be overclocking alot and my budget is $1800 au I could spend more on my system is I didn't get custom loop so help.

generally a good air cooler cools just as good as an aio-liquid-cooler
as for custom loops, when done good they can benefit the cooling to some degree
but personally, it's more for looks and bragging as the value/performance ratio will always be in favour of a decent aircooler.

spending twice the money on liquid cooling to gain 3°C is bad business imo
