Obviously the second one with ssd and a little overclock to gpu. It has ddr4 ram and 6th gen processor. it will be good for your future upgrade also man.
And if u dont wanna buy a ssd with it and dont wanna overclock you should still go for the newer tech. they will perform equally now but 2nd one is future proof.
So dont be confused go for it.
