Which PC is better?

Well neither gives exact specs so I have a feeling that neither is really amazing, I would go to Ibuypower's website and look from there as it will be more detailed. Although the best bang for your buck is to build a PC yourself, although I understand wanting to buy premade.

Shipping costs will quickly eat up those savings plus you will do it for free? Also I trust no one who says " I won't scam you". Also that "scamming" you speak of is Cost of materials, overhead of having a workspace, Paying people to do the work, and lots of other factors, plus the need to make some form of profit.

the $720 intel build has a weaker graphics card (gtx750) . The $679 has a better one (gtx750ti) and would therefore be better for gaming despite the weaker cpu.

This one has a much better graphics card (gtx960) you would be much happier with it.

This is not necessarily the case (although it might be), but if your able to buy direct from a company often they sell at the RRP, where the outlet store gets their product at a discount price and may sell lower than the RRP.

I would do it through paypal. Payment would be through mail in rebates from the hardware. I've multiple times for people here and on ebay.

I guess it is opinion as I would never get a CPU on the Amd side lower than an 8320. GPU can always be upgraded, but you need a strong cpu to back it up

Do you have heat? And or vouchers.

I'm, not quite sure I understand what you mean. If you want references, then I can link you my ebay feedback and look through my pms to find the users and I',m sure they would be able to provide a reference.

I don't see how this is any different than someone selling a computer to someone. Pays me, I build, I ship. Through paypal. If there is an issue, open a dispute with paypal.

For example, I get $700. I will build a computer for $700, minus the 3% that paypal takes. Ill take the mail in rebates or free games as payment. I enjoy building, but its not like I can shell out money every time I want to build another.

I personally suggest him looking into building his own. Just giving him options.

That is fair enough, I asked because from my POV it was just a random person online saying " I build PC for you, you pay me good." ( LOL not quite but still) But you didn't shy away when asking for references. So + alot to you for that. Although and this is just IMHO, I would stick to a place like Ibuypower just because if something should ever happen it is dealing with a company and there is the responsibility angle on the companies side, so it is safer and better for relationships. Also Building it on the OPs own is truly the best way.

But again, I fully commend you for not being shady and being straight forward so very, very good on you.

Thank you. I can see your concerns 😛
