Which pc is better?

Well i have 2 choices of a computer tell me which one will perform better.

PC number 1:

Intel® Core™ i5-4460 Processor
8 GB ram
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 980
1 TB 7200 rpm and 128 GB SSD

PC number 2:

Intel® Core™ i5-4600 Processor
8 GB ram
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 970
1 TB 7200 rpm and 128 GB SSD

PC Number 1, has a slightly slower processor but a much better graphics card. I suggest PC 1

In summary, cheap stuff is a false economy, but once you get beyond a certain price point, you are paying a lot of extra money for a bit of extra performance.
