Which PC Is worth it

I'm spending another 1,000 on other equipment.

Which one would you choose. (Main use = Video/Photo editing and rendering)

graphics card needs more vram.
try cougar vortex hydro fans.

Would also recommend adding in a Quadro card if possible and IPS monitors.

For heavy video editing and rendering, I would probably go with the 2.9k build, as that would take advantage of the 12 threads & 32 Gb RAM.
