Hi guys,
I have a problem. I’m gonna buy a new pc; my budget is about 400/500$ and I’d want to buy the best device I can (a desktop PC), but I’m not an expert. Could somebody help me?
Thanks,
Raffaele

Good build. If you can squeeze out another 30-50 USD bucks into your budget you can get a GTX 1650 Super which is far better then the RX 570.

Another option would be look for a used RX 580 or GTX 1060 which should be around 100 USD

yep, I also think it’s a good build, but if I’d reduce RAM to 8 or 12 gb it would be perfect.

What will this pc be primarily used for?
Normal desktop work, gaming, or what?

Are you looking for one that is pre built, or are you looking for a good list of parts so you can build one yourself.
