I have to options...

*First:
CPU: Ryzen 5 2600
GPU: Radeon RX570 (8GB) XFX Black Edition
MOTHERBOARD: ASROCK B450M Pro4
RAM: Crucial Ballistix Sport LT 3200mhz ddr4 (2x8)
PSU: EVGA 100-N1 550W Non Modular
STORAGE: PNY 240GB SSD 2.5" (AND) HDD 7200RPM 500GB
CASE: MYO 510 (3 fans in the case)
Cooling system: amd stock cooler
(the owner does not specify how long ago it was built or how long it has been used)

*Second:
CPU: Ryzen 5 3400g
GPU: Msi armor radeon RX 570 (4 GB)
MOTHERBOARD: B450M DS3H
RAM: Corsair vengeance rgb pro ddr4 16gb RGB PRO DDR4 16 GB (2X8)
PSU: EVGA 600BR
STORAGE: PNY CS900 240GB (and) He says he has two additional hard drives but he doesn't remember exactly how many gb but they are both over 500gb
CASE: XCON CL-L03 (2 fans in the case)
Cooling system: Amd stock cooler
(the owner says that it has a year and a half of use and that he has been the only one who has had it and he was the one who put it together)

Both are used... and the truth is that I would like to know which one can give me more fps and be more stable of the two in fortnite, I just want it for that... just play fortnite

I'm a bit urgent I would appreciate the help

Ok perfect... I will choose system one, I saw DSzymborski's comment and I totally agree, I know that I have to have a new power supply in my sights, and to conclude I have 4 questions...

number one, what power supply do you recommend? (Please if you can give me several options I would appreciate it, in my country let's say that sometimes there is not much variety of parts...)

number two, would it be feasible that since I want it for fortnite, I change the graphics card it has, for a 1650 gddr6?... (or which one would you recommend?... emphasize that I only want the pc for fortnite and I would like to know and see What graphics model would be recommended and if it can be suitable even for stream... or whatever you think

and since I would be changing the graphics I would also like to change the cpu for a ryzen 5 3600 let me know what you think or if you have another recommendation

third, I see that I have a sata ssd, I would like to install an m.2 so do you see it a good change? If so, which one should I put?

And the last thing I am going to ask, but surely the most important thing, can someone tell me... or if you have a video or I don't know, some method, but I would like someone to tell me what to do, what to check before buying a pc used like this... basically a guide or series of steps to review it or what to see, of course... I'm going to bring a technician to see it too, but... I'd like to go a little prepared I don't know if you'll agree with me... So much thanks for all and everyone

what to check before buying a pc used like this...

We have no idea of your country or your specific source for parts. Maybe list the power supplies you can actually find within your budget.

M.2 "good change"?? It's just a form factor change. You would have fewer cables to connect, but performance isn't likely to change because it is M.2.

Checking a used machine would have some value, but is limited because parts can fail without warning.

Do you want the PC you're buying? You're now talking about replacing the PSU + CPU + GPU + SSD.

It would be easier if we know what country you're in.

1650 would perform slightly worse than a RX570.

Let's not get carried away

240GB isn't very large by today's standards where a single game can exceed 100GB on its own. If you're replacing the SSD for capacity reasons, yeah, go for an M.2 drive.

Seeing it on and working would be nice.

My country is the Dominican Republic... and I don't have a specific budget for the PSU... if I need to spend I don't know 50... or 60 dollars on one I would... but it's ok when i have the pc i will make a list of psu that i could buy... the thing is that for example... currently for tests and stuff, the 1650 only in fortnite runs better than the rx570... because they say that the rx570 is poorly optimized or something like that... and another thing is that people say that an nvidia graphics card is much better that an amd in streaming and the truth is I don't know to what extent it is true that's why I would change to a 1650... the ssd thing, I thought that an m.2 was a little faster than a sata. and the psu, because I really wouldn't want it to damage any component... and yes, I really want the pc... it's very cheap for what it is and it gives me the opportunity to easily upgrade it... but obviously i would have it as it is for a long time...just changing the psu

I would not buy a 4gb graphics card, in 2022. Thanks to the crypto crash, GPU prices have been dropping. Maybe you could score a good deal on an RTX 2060, used. That would be a solid 1080p, Fortnite card, an has the excellent NVENC, for your streams. I do believe that the GTX 1660, super, and ti, also have the same encoder.

Some of the thinking here is backwards. The PSU is not a thing that should be treated as an afterthought. $50 is about the very minimum that a PSU you want to use with an RX 570 will cost in the US and our prices and availability are much better. Second, on a tight budget, buying a sidegrade GPU because of an optimization worry makes very little sense.
