hey, was just wondering which pc would be better for pc gaming 1080p medium

i will be playing mostly fps games like cod and csgo but there will be others like fallout and overwatch far cry and just cause mostly AAA games

The dell has the 1050 and is near a gtx960 where the tornado has a gtx950. The dell has 16gb's RAM where the totnado only 8GB's. The dell has an SSD but a smaller HD. I say get the Dell.
