Which PCI-E slots do i use for 2-way SLI

I curretnly running i5-4690s with Z97 GAMING 5 and looking to sli my 2 gtx 950s i would like to know which slots do i use for my 2nd graphic card i currently have one of my 950 plugs in to the upper most pcie slots.

Also do i need an sli bridge for the sli and which type do i need. I heard of the High bandwith bridge, do i need them?
PS i lost my sli bridge with the box, i cant find them but i can pick up a new one.

- Use top and middle PCIe slots.

- Everytime you run SLI you need an SLI bridge.

- Just a regular SLI bridge is needed. Its only on the PASCAL (10xx series + Titan series) lineup they recommend A high bandwidth bridge.
