Which phone is the best for the money?

I'd kind of second yimmi, the Moto G is always a stellar budget phone option.

Some other really great budget phone options to consider would be some of the BLU phones like the Studio 5.0, or if you look around, you can find the LG G2 unlocked or HTC One M7's at really low prices when you look around on Amazon or Ebay.
