I'm using Windows 11 with a Ryzen 2700x liquid cooled in a Tomahawk Max 2 B450. Should I use Windows Balanced or Ryzen Balanced? I can't find any info about this anywhere. If anyone has knowledge of this or can provide me a link, I'd appreciate it!

Windows Balanced should be good enough, originally it didn't run Ryzen CPU as well as the AMD one but they more or less the same now. I have been using baalnced on my 3600xt and win 11 for a few months now.

Sorry it's an out of question, I have a 3600, and am upgrading from a 1650 super to a rtx 3050, how do you see the 3600s performance?, will we loose out in the coming years?

It doesn't matter with W11. last versions are fully "Ryzen aware", even AMD chipset drivers don't include Ryzen pp any more. Actually, you can customize any power plan to work same way.
