If you want to buy a cheap PSU then Corsair VS450 will be enough for this build but vs450 is not certified .
you can use Seasonic SS400BT.
this is a 80+ Bronze Certified PSU. this will handle your system very well.
Guessing you didnt build this sysyem for gaming as it has way too much processor and not enough memory or video card. What is the intended use for this system, it is severly out of balance if you havent already bought those parts surely it can be improves upon no matter the use
Get a GTX 650 Ti or Radeon 7770 if you can rather than the GTX 650.
Recommend the Seasonic S12II 430W.
If this is too expensive, Corsair CX430 is OK, but not as good.
The efficiency is good.
The build quality is reasonable.
It gets some criticism for using cheap capacitors.
Better than many cheap power supplies.
Seasonic S12II 430W is much better.
Vince, the seasonic make isn't available in my country 🙁
Corsair make a number of models.
VS is the most basic series they make (not 80 plus rated).
CX series is next.
I think the CX models are OK, but some people do criticize them so I felt I needed to pass that on.
You shouldn't have any problems with the CX 430.
Can you get the Corsair TX 450 in your country?
