Which power supply can handle my system

Well I'm building a new PC to replace my old one(e7500, 9500gt... 2009 hardware) but I'm wondering if the seasonic SS-400FL2 power supply http:// can handle my new system.

The Specs of my new computer.

Case: NZXT Phantom 410 CS-NT-PHAN-410-W Mid Tower
Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-H97-D3H
CPU: Intel Core i3-4160 3.6GHz 3MB LGA 1150 BX80646I34160
GPU: MSI GTX 960 Gaming 2GB
RAM Memory: Kingston HyperX 8GB 1600MHz DDR3 CL10 DIMM HyperX FURY White Series HX316C10FWK2/8
HD's: (3) Seagate 3TB SATA III 7200RPM ST3000DM001
 


WOW... What a super fast reply thanks bro... Well unfortunately I'm living in Brazil and this psu is not for sale here; but I found some other models available to sale here that I think that can do the trick.(I am limited to 500w psu because of nobreak)

I agree with SR-71. Better go with a good quality PSU now that having to regret at a later time. I would say just go with the one you already have. Seasonic units are pretty good. That will do the job just fine. My suggestion was for in case you need to over clock your CPU or GPU. Just in case you need it.
