PCPartPicker Part List

Here is my build, picked parts what exactly I got here on my sport (Europe)
Don't know which PSU to take since Z790 gigabyte motherboard got 2x 8 cpu pin connectors , which one to take? there is some for 370 euros, but maybe any other suggestions what will work? thanks.

I got this option in the shop where I pick parts, I have to take all in one shop since they will combine all together and I will have warranty, if I will pick parts from different shop and see that's something not working they will start to decline return telling that I broke everything ;/ So have to pick from what I got in ONE local shop....

You usually dont even need to plug in the extra pins. The regular 2x4 connector provides the power needed for the CPU. The extra plugs are there for heavy power loads and crazy overclocking. To be fair, I dont know what the 13900K specifically needs to run at its normal speed, as it is likely a very power hungry chip. Aside from that, any PSU that is good quality and high enough wattage to power your components should come with a second cable that you can plug in to the motherboard. I believe my 750W PSU came with a second CPU power cable even.
