hi guys 😀
i usually over heat when playing games like dayz, black light retribution. my pc just shuts down no blue screen and i have to wait a bit to turn it back on.

How much watts do i need and which psu do i need?

my build is:
XFX DD Radeon HD 7850 GPU
FX4100 CPU
Patriot 4gb RAM
GA-78LMT-2SP MOBO
Barracuda 7200.10 HDD
>>>Inland silver series 500 watt PSU <<<

For a system using a single AMD reference design Radeon HD 7850 graphics card AMD specifies a minimum of a 500 Watt or greater system power supply. The power supply should also have a maximum combined +12 Volt continuous current rating of 27 Amps or greater and have at least one 6-pin PCI Express supplementary power connector. Some of the non-reference design Radeon HD 7850 graphics cards require at least two 6-pin PCI Express supplementary power connectors.

Total Power Supply Wattage is NOT the crucial factor in power supply selection!!! Sufficient Total Combined Continuous Power/Current Available on the +12V Rail(s) rated at 45°C - 50°C ambient temperature, is the most critical factor.

Overclocking of the CPU and/or GPU(s) will require an additional increase to the maximum combined +12 Volt continuous current ratings, recommended above, to meet the increase in power required for the overclock. The additional amount required will depend on the magnitude of the overclock being attempted.

You didn't specify the model number of your graphics card so I don't know if it requires one or two 6-pin PCI Express supplementary power connectors. There's at least three XFX Double D HD 7850 models.

Get a power supply unit from a reputable brand like Antec, Corsair, Enermax, Seasonic or XFX.

sorry for not giving u model # but here it is N82E16814150656

PSU that i have

should i get this or this or this?

That's the Newegg.com Item#. The XFX model number is FX-785A-ZDF4. It only requires one 6-pin PCI Express supplementary power connector.

For a power supply unit you can look at something like the following:

The XFX Pro Series 550W Full Wired Edition (Bronze) (P1-550S-XXB9), with its maximum combined +12 Volt continuous current rating of 44 Amps and with one 6-pin and one (6+2)-pin PCI Express supplementary power connectors, is more than sufficient to power your system configuration with a single Radeon HD 7850 graphics card.
