Which Power Supply is better?

http://pcpartpicker.com/part/corsair-power-supply-cs650m or http://pcpartpicker.com/part/corsair-power-supply-rm650. They're both 650w and both by corsair but which one is better?

They are actually made by different manufactures and just branded by Corsair. It's a common practise with PSU'. Even different wattage RM's are made by different manufacturers, only the 650, 550 and 450w RM's are good.
