which power supply is good for this rig ?

my rig is :-

processor - intel core 2 duo e7500 2.93ghz
ram -4gb ddr2
graphic card Sapphire radeon hd 7750
motherboard -intel dg41 rq
currently installed power supply -supercomp sep500 (i know you don't know the brand cause it's the cheap local one 450 watts power supply ).

I'm going to upgrade the graphic card of my system from nvidia zotac geforce 210 to a new sapphire radeon hd 7750.So will my current power supply is able to handle it his gpu or I've to buy a new one.these are the additional information of my current power supply :-

atx-12v-450watts

+12v-25a
-12v-.6a

+5v-20a
-5v-nil

+3.3v-15a
+5vsb-3a

atx2.03=plentium 4 (i found this info on the sticker oumy psu maybe this info is much more than its actual performance )

I don't know the (abcd) of power supply units so please suggest me a good power supply which is less or equal to 450watts but not less than 400/420watts.

I considered these 2 supplies:-

crosair cx430

crosair vs450

i don't know weather they are compatible with my motherboard or not.so please suggest me a good one after knowing about my motherboard.i live in india.

well this should be able to handle the radeon HD 7750 seeing it provides 25A on the 12V rail. though i SERIOUSLY doubt it will be much more than actual infact it will be less than stated above. for now id say go with Corsair VS450 as it provides 30 amps on the 12V rail compared to CS430's 28 amp. plus it also has higher wattage.

is my current psu sufficient for this rig? Cause I've not installed sapphire radeon hd 7750 yet.is this risky to test this graphic card on my power supply (maybe i don't need to get a new one ) but I'm afraid of one thing.....if the graphic card won't be supported by the psu then what will happen.will my mobo and other components gets fried up ,or the graphic card will be damaged

hey sr-71 Blackbird,i wasn't able to find this suggested power supply in my city and online stores of india (flipkart.com) .I've found these two power supply which i stated above in the online store.they are also the cheapest one in its range.is anyone from these two power supply are supported by my rig mainly by the motherboard. ????????????
